The Committee on Energy and Manufacturing moves to amend the bill on page 2, section 18, beginning on line 28, after the word “readiness” by striking the words “within the limits of funds appropriated by the Legislature for the program”;

On page 2, section 18, on line 35, after the word “sold” and before the word “for” by inserting the words “or leased”;

On page 3, section 18, on line 46, at the beginning of the line, by striking the words “within the limits of funds appropriated by the Legislature for the program”;

And,

On page 4, section 18, on line 66, after the word “balances” by striking the word “shall” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “may”.
